What 3D file formats can I submit for printing?
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP (.stp/.step) formats. You can drop them directly into our Instant 3D Quoter to view your geometry on the Bambu Lab A1 bed. For clients without 3D models, we accept 2D reference photos or sketches and provide 3D sculpting services.
What 3D printers do you use and what is the maximum build volume?
We operate a fleet of 3× Bambu Lab A1 Combo 3D printers equipped with AMS lite multi-color systems. The maximum single-piece build envelope is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger structures can be split and keyed with alignment joints.
How do I choose between PLA, PETG, and TPU?
PLA is best for display prototypes, visual models, and fine detail. PETG is ideal for mechanical parts requiring heat resistance up to 75°C, chemical resistance, and outdoor weatherability. TPU 95A is an elastomeric flexible material used for seals, vibration isolators, and impact bumpers.
Do you ship internationally and how is packaging handled?
Yes! We ship globally to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, UAE, and beyond via DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx, and India Post International Speed Post. All parts are vacuum-sealed with desiccant packs and packaged in heavy-duty multi-layer shockproof boxes.
Is my proprietary CAD design kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your intellectual property remains 100% yours. We never share, publicize, or resell customer CAD files. We are happy to sign standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for corporate and proprietary projects.
How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track your order in real time on our Track Order Page using your order reference (e.g. KA-2026-1001) without needing to log in. You can also view milestones inside your customer dashboard.
