1. Custom Manufacturing Nature

Custom 3D printing and rapid prototyping are bespoke manufacturing processes created to the unique specifications of your submitted 3D CAD files. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold, standard retail return policies do not apply. However, we stand firmly behind our manufacturing quality.

2. Order Cancellation

• Prior to Print Initiation: You may cancel your order at any time before your job is loaded onto our Bambu Lab A1 printers for a 100% full refund.
• After Print Initiation: Once toolhead extrusion has commenced, machine time, electricity, and filament have been consumed. Orders in production cannot be cancelled.

3. Manufacturing Defect Guarantee & Free Reprinting

If your part arrives with a verified manufacturing defect caused by equipment error—such as severe layer delamination, incorrect infill, toolhead layer shift, or significant dimensional variance beyond ±0.2%—we will immediately:

1. Re-print and re-ship the affected components at our expense with priority machine scheduling, OR
2. Issue a 100% refund to your original payment method if replacement is not feasible.

4. Courier Transit Damage

All packages dispatched from our Surat facility are packed with custom foam, bubble lining, and moisture-sealed desiccant pouches. If your package arrives damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damaged part. We will file a carrier claim and expedite a replacement print.
