Intellectual Property Policy

1. 100% Customer Ownership of 3D Designs

At Knowledge Apex 3D Manufacturing, we maintain an unequivocal standard: You own your designs completely. All 3D CAD files, engineering drawings, photographs, STL/OBJ/STEP meshes, and prototype concepts uploaded to our website or submitted via WhatsApp remain the sole intellectual property of the customer or their respective organization.

2. Limited Manufacturing License

By uploading a design file to Knowledge Apex, you grant us solely a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free operational license strictly necessary to:

• Inspect and analyze the model geometry for slicing and quotation calculation.
• Execute toolpath G-code compilation on Bambu Studio slicer software.
• Manufacture the physical components on our Bambu Lab A1 fleet in Surat.

We will never reproduce, commercialize, open-source, or display your design in marketing materials without your prior express written consent.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

We routinely execute mutual and unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements for enterprise clients, engineering startups, and individual inventors prior to reviewing proprietary CAD data. If your project requires an executed NDA, please email your agreement to knowledgeapexdmanufacturing@gmail.com before file upload.

4. Permanent CAD File Deletion Policy

We do not maintain perpetual design repositories. Once manufacturing and delivery are verified, customers may request immediate, permanent deletion of their files from our local server disks. Simply provide your Order Reference to our engineering administrator to execute a permanent purge.

5. Warranty of Customer Rights

Customers warrant that they possess all legal rights, patent licenses, and copyright authorizations necessary to order manufacturing for submitted files. Knowledge Apex strictly refuses orders that infringe third-party trademarks, registered designs, or involve restricted weaponry.
