• Client Contact Details: Full name, company name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, and postal shipping addresses.
• CAD Models & Design Geometry: 3D design files (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP), dimensions, calculated volume ($cm^3$), material selections, and infill configurations.
• Manufacturing Order History: Order reference codes, milestone statuses, courier tracking numbers, and transaction totals.
• Technical Browser Data: IP address, device viewport, and WebGL rendering compatibility data used strictly to render 3D build plate previews.

3. Handling of 3D CAD Files & Non-Disclosure

All 3D design files uploaded to Knowledge Apex remain the exclusive intellectual property of the customer. We only inspect, slice, and process these files for the express purpose of generating quotations and operating our Bambu Lab A1 3D printers. We never sell, license, share, or publish client 3D geometry without written authorization. Customers may request immediate deletion of their uploaded files from our storage disks at any time.

4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Couriers

When you use our direct WhatsApp action buttons, your inquiry details are transferred directly into WhatsApp under Meta's privacy protocols. For physical order fulfillment, your shipping address and telephone number are shared strictly with verified express logistics providers (such as DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx, Delhivery, or India Post) to facilitate customs clearance and door delivery.
